Cooking. Wash the beets, scalding prunes with boiling water and cut them into thin strips. Grind nuts on a grater, in a blender or just a knife. You will need: 50 g papaya, 50 g carrots, 40 g peanuts, a third of onions, a third of chili peppers, half lime, 1 tbsp. fish sauce, 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and a couple of sprigs of cilantro.
Cooking. Cut the carrots and papaya into strips, and during this time roast the peanuts in a dry frying pan. Add chopped onion and chili pepper in oil to make them softer, and pour lime juice and fish sauce in them. Season with an unusual sauce carrots with papaya, and sprinkle with chopped peanuts and cilantro on top.

You will need: 1 bunch of Frize lettuce, 1 bunch of regular lettuce, 1 apple, half a bunch of green onions, 40 g hazelnuts, 3 tbsp. wine vinegar, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 1 tbsp apple juice, 3 tablespoons vegetable oil, a pinch of salt and pepper.
Cooking. Slice and mix lettuce with apples and green onions in a deep bowl. Make a dressing with oil, vinegar, mustard, apple juice and salt and pepper. Combine all the ingredients and sprinkle the chopped roasted hazelnuts on top.
6. Cucumber salad with radish

You will need: 150 g of cucumber, 100 g of radish, 30 g of onion, a couple of sprigs of parsley and dill, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tsp lemon juice, a pinch of salt and pepper.
Cooking. Cut the radish into thin strips, onions in half rings, and cucumbers in half circles. Chop all the greens, mix with vegetables, salt and mix again. Fields salad dressing of olive oil, lemon juice and pepper.
7. Original salad with asparagus

Cooking. Mix sugar with vinegar until it is completely dissolved, and pour the onion chopped in half rings with this mixture. Leave to marinate for 5-10 minutes, and during this time cut cucumbers into circles and mix sour cream with chopped herbs. Mix all the ingredients, salt and pepper.
16. Zucchini Salad
